Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes – diced
  • ½ red onion – diced
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander – chopped
  • ½ Lime – squeezed
  • ¼ of a Chili – chopped

Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, coriander, and chili in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over to finish.
  3. Serve with vegetable sticks
